With small children around, the mental and physical stress must also be cleverly juggled.
In our modern Malaysian society, we need more female and male carers.
Malaysia seriously lack enough trained carers.
Agencies thus charge exorbitantly for a package, excluding public and weekends.
Weekend rates are different while public holidays rate per hour snips a big hole in the pocket.
We must start having local maids too.
Many of us just cannot afford foreign maids.
The lower costs of hiring them without going through employment agencies are still way beyond our pitifully tight budgets.
People have to go out and find money for their families and household bills.
They cannot afford to stay at home anymore, and abstain from being income earners.
Times are getting much tougher.
Both husbands and wives must rely on combined incomes.
Maids are hence necessities if there are no other alternatives.
Supply of carers for those in desperation, and encouraging more local maids for households..
Can our government do something about these long time heart thumping issues?
If some national everyday mundane issues can dissipate significantly, voters for PRU14 will be so overjoyed.
